Order-Request

At Kalaheo Music, we're available Monday through Saturday to answer any questions you have about our products and services. Please send us a order request using this form, via email:info@kalaheomusicandstrings.com or call us during regular business hours.

We will assist you in the same way as if you were here in person. If you are interested in an instrument simply communicate the size, wood preference, type of bag or case and we will take a photo of what's available, do a demo video and send it off to you with the pertinent information.

What you see and select is what you will receive. Upon your confirmation, we'll need the following.

A) Full name.

B) Mailing address, telephone number and email address.

C) Name on Credit Card, Credit Card # and ccv #.

We will send you a photo copy of you invoice and charge receipt via text and pack it with your shipment. We pack all orders and schedule the pick up. Small packages will ship via USPS and larger packages will ship via FedEx totally insured. We will email or text you the Tracking #.

Please note that All Sales Are Final.
